Coleman family papers 1826-1875

The papers (HM 136) consist of a manuscript diary, 1826-1848, of John Coleman (1804-1872), recording his service as Episcopal minister at St. Stephen's parish, New Castle, Delaware and Trinity Church, Southwark, Philadelphia. Also included are scrapbooks (1859-1975) of John Coleman (d. 1920) with clippings relating to the Episcopal churches where the compiler served as minister.
